Review the Manufacturing Order before starting production. Ensure that the required materials, quantities, and production activities are correctly defined.
4. Issue Materials Accurately
Record Material Issues – Production against the appropriate Manufacturing Order. Verify the item, quantity, warehouse, and related production details before issuing materials.
5. Track Production Activities
Monitor each production activity associated with the Manufacturing Order. Ensure that activities are updated accurately as production progresses.
6. Record Production Receipts Accurately
When production is completed, record the Material Receives – Production transaction with the correct item, quantity, warehouse, and related production details.
7. Verify Material Consumption
