Production Issues

The Production Issues report helps users identify and review issues related to production activities. It supports the verification of Manufacturing Orders, material issues, production activities, material receipts, quantities, and production status.

Production Issue Review

1. Review Manufacturing Orders

Review the Manufacturing Orders recorded in the system and verify the production item, required quantity, activities, warehouse, and other production details.

2. Verify Material Issues

Compare the materials issued for production against the requirements of the Manufacturing Order. Verify the issued items and quantities.

3. Verify Production Activities

Review the production activities associated with the Manufacturing Order. Verify that the required activities have been completed and the production status is accurate.

4. Verify Material Receipts

Compare the materials received from production with the expected production quantities. Verify the received items, quantities, and warehouse details.

5. Identify Production Issues

Identify discrepancies such as incorrect material quantities, unmatched material issues and receipts, incomplete production activities, duplicate transactions, or incorrect production status.

6. Resolve Production Issues

Review the related production transactions and make the required corrections to ensure that production records and inventory movements are accurate.

Production Issue Details

The report provides information such as:

  • Manufacturing Order No – Manufacturing Order associated with the issue.
  • Item – Item being produced.
  • Activity – Production activity associated with the issue.
  • Issue Qty – Quantity of material issued for production.
  • Receive Qty – Quantity received from production.
  • Issue – Description of the identified production discrepancy.
  • Status – Current status of the production issue.

Verification

Production issues should be reviewed against the related Manufacturing Orders, Material Issues – Production, Material Receives – Production, and production activities to ensure that all production transactions are accurate and properly recorded.
