The Activity Logs report provides a record of user activities and operations performed in the system. It helps users track when an activity was performed, which operation was carried out, and by whom.
Filters
- Date Range – Select the required date range for the activity log. The default option is Today.
- From Date – Select the starting date for the activity log.
- To Date – Select the ending date for the activity log.
- User – Select a specific user to view their activity logs. The default option is All.
Search
Click the Search button to display the activity logs based on the selected filters.
Activity Log Details
The report displays the following information:
- SL.NO – Serial number of the activity log entry.
- TIME – Date and time when the activity was performed.
- ACTIVITY – Activity performed in the system.
- OPERATION – Operation carried out for the activity.
- USER – User who performed the activity.
- IP – IP address from which the activity was performed.
Print and Export
- Click the Print button to print the displayed Activity Logs report.
- Click the Excel button to export the report to Excel.
- Click the PDF button to export the report as a PDF.
