Overview
The Batch No Wise Stock report is used to view inventory details based on batch numbers. It helps users track batch-wise stock quantities along with product information, batch details, and expiry dates.
Batch No Wise Stock Filters
The report can be filtered using the following options:
- Product Category – Select a specific product category or choose All to include products from all categories.
- Product Group – Select a product group to narrow down the stock records.
- Product Name – Select a specific product to view its batch details.
Click the Search button to generate the report based on the selected filters.
Batch No Wise Stock Details
The report displays the following information:
- SL.NO – Serial number of the report entry.
- SKU – Stock Keeping Unit associated with the product.
- Product Name – Name of the product.
- Unit – Unit of measurement for the product.
- Size – Size associated with the product, where applicable.
- Color – Color associated with the product, where applicable.
- Type – Product type.
- Batch No – Batch number assigned to the stock.
- Expiry Date – Expiry date associated with the batch.
- Qty – Quantity of stock available for the batch.
Batch Tracking
The report provides a batch-wise view of inventory, allowing users to identify stock quantities associated with individual batches. It also provides batch expiry information for products that have an expiry date.
Search
Use the Search field to quickly locate a specific batch or product record within the displayed results.
Export and Print Options
The Batch No Wise Stock report provides options to generate or export the report:
- Copy – Copy the displayed report data.
- CSV – Export the report in CSV format.
- Excel – Export the report to Excel format.
- PDF – Export the report to PDF format.
- Print – Print the Batch No Wise Stock report.
