Sales Issue Review
1. Review Sales Orders
Review the sales orders recorded in the system and verify the customer, items, quantities, rates, taxes, and order values.
2. Verify Deliveries
Compare the delivered items and quantities against the corresponding sales orders. Verify that the delivered quantities match the order requirements.
3. Verify Sales Invoices
Review sales invoices and compare them with the related sales orders and deliveries. Check the customer, item, quantity, rate, tax, and invoice value.
4. Identify Sales Issues
Identify discrepancies such as incorrect quantities, unmatched sales orders and deliveries, duplicate transactions, incorrect rates, or mismatched invoice details.
5. Resolve Sales Issues
Review the related sales transactions and make the required corrections to ensure that sales records are accurate and complete.
Sales Issue Details
The report provides information such as:
- Sales Order No – Sales Order associated with the issue.
- Customer – Customer associated with the sales transaction.
- Item – Item involved in the sales transaction.
- Order Qty – Quantity ordered by the customer.
- Delivered Qty – Quantity delivered to the customer.
- Invoice Qty – Quantity recorded in the sales invoice.
- Issue – Description of the identified sales discrepancy.
- Status – Current status of the sales issue.
Verification
Sales issues should be reviewed against the related Sales Orders, Delivery Challans, and Sales Invoices to ensure that all sales transactions are accurate and properly recorded.
