The Sales By Customer report provides a summary of sales made to each customer within a selected date range. It helps users review the number and value of sales, including sales amounts with tax.
Filters
- Date Range: Select the required date range, such as Today, to filter the sales records.
- From Date: Select the starting date for the report.
- To Date: Select the ending date for the report.
- Click the Search button to display the sales information based on the selected date range.
Sales By Customer List
The report displays customer-wise sales information with the following details:
- SL.NO: Displays the serial number of the customer.
- NAME: Displays the customer name.
- SALES COUNT: Displays the total number of sales transactions for the customer.
- SALES: Displays the total sales amount for the customer.
- SALES WITH TAX: Displays the total sales amount including tax for the customer.
- Total: Displays the overall total of the reported sales.
Export and Print Options
The report provides options to export or print the sales information:
- Print: Prints the Sales By Customer report.
- Excel: Exports the report in Excel format.
- PDF: Exports the report in PDF format.
